Our deployment process begins with a setup workshop, where your organisation’s current compliance posture is assessed, and a tailored annual plan is created to outline the tasks required to achieve compliance.
The Annual Plan is the cornerstone for implementing the AICO tasks. The annual plan is created and made available for the customer through Privaon’s DPO365 service. It contains the AICO’s compliance monitoring tasks and identified development milestones scheduled throughout the calendar year.
Tasks can be added to the plan based on the daily needs of the organisation. The annual plan provides an effective overview of the AI compliance tasks performed and monitored by the Privaon AICO across your organisation. Privaon AICO reports on a regular basis and provides an annual report about the tasks performed and the progress in the organisation’s data protection status.
