AI Compliance Officer (AICO) as a Service

AICO as a Service

Overview

Having a proficient AI Compliance Officer (AICO) in the organisation acts as a key safeguard for EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AIA) compliance and efficient utilisation of AI within an organisation. AI Compliance Officer as a Service (AICOaaS) outsources the role of the AICO to Privaon. The outsourced AICO helps organisations comply with obligations in the Artificial Intelligence Act (AIA) and with the responsible use of AI.

Service Deployment Process

The service deployment process for our AICO as a Service starts off with a setup workshop, where the organisation’s current situation is assessed, and an annual plan is composed outlining the activities and tasks to become compliant.

The Annual Plan is the cornerstone for implementing the AICO tasks. The annual plan is created and made available for the customer through Privaon’s DPO365 service. It contains AICO’s compliance monitoring tasks and the recognised development tasks scheduled throughout the calendar year.

Tasks can be added to the plan based on the daily needs of the organisation. The annual plan provides an effective overview of the data protection tasks performed and monitored by the Privaon AICO in the organisation. Privaon AICO reports on a regular basis and provides an annual report about the tasks performed and the progress in the organisation’s data protection status.
